Course Design, Maintenance, and Sectioning Time Tables
Use the following tables to ensure your WorldClass content changes from course design and maintenance efforts are made available to students in the appropriate term.
For all 13-week, semester, semester alternatives, and variable terms, the 8 week 1 scheduling dates apply.
Key to Table Headers
- TERM: The academic term referenced by the dates
- LATEST DATE: The latest date for any changes to course content. Changes made to course content after this date may not appear in course sections for the designated term. If you run into issues, please go to services.regis.edu and create a help request. The request will be forwarded to ID&T. (Note: If you are working on your own to make changes to your maintenance course shell, you will need to submit an ITS support ticket to get those changes transferred to your master in time for course sectioning)
- SECTIONING BEGINS: Four weeks prior to term start
- FACULTY ACCESS: When faculty may access newly-sectioned courses
- TERM START DATE: Date of term start
